Booking Terms and Conditions

Booking your stay with the Seasons Apartment Hotel Group is simple and secure through our online booking system. Please review our terms and conditions before confirming your reservation.

Credit Card Information

To secure your reservation, a valid credit card number is required. This card will be held by the hotel as security and used for any applicable cancellation or non-arrival fees, unless otherwise specified at the time of booking. The credit card provided will also be used for all accommodation and ancillary costs, and for any loss or damage to the room during your stay, unless an alternative valid card or payment method is provided at check-out.

Rates and Occupancy

Rates are based on the number of occupants and the length of stay. Any changes to these details may affect the nightly rate.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in is available from 2:00 pm and check-out is before 11:00 am. Early arrival and late departure requests can be accommodated subject to availability, with applicable day-use charges.

Identification and Payment

At check-in, all guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card. All guests residing in the room must register their names. A minimum credit card pre-authorisation of $200 is required to cover incidental charges, such as telephone calls, security deposits for breakages or damage, or excessive cleaning charges. Cash payments are not accepted; a valid credit card is required upon arrival.

If the credit card holder is different from the guest, the credit card holder must complete and submit a Seasons Credit Card Authorisation Form and return all necessary documents prior to check-in. Please contact the property using the details on your booking form to arrange this. Without the completed form, guests will not be permitted to check in unless an alternative payment method is provided.

Credit Card Surcharge

A non-refundable credit card surcharge of 1.5% applies to all payments made by credit card. Payments will be processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you prefer to be charged in a foreign currency, arrangements must be made at the time of booking and prior to arrival. The 1.5% surcharge will still apply.

Non-Smoking Policy

Our hotels are committed to maintaining a clean, comfortable, and smoke-free environment. All properties are officially zoned as 100% non-smoking. A $400 fee will be charged if traces of cigarette smoke are detected in the guest room or on the apartment balcony.

Liability and Errors

By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that the credit card provided will be charged for all accommodation and ancillary costs billed to the room, any loss or damage to the room during your stay, and any cancellation or non-arrival fees unless alternative arrangements have been made with the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to cancel or amend your booking in the event of a system error that results in incorrect room rates or details. In such cases, the hotel will notify you as soon as possible.
